POLICIES & CUSTOMER TERMS
Acceptable use
Use the platform with clear boundaries.
Authorised business use, trustworthy records, responsible AI assistance and clear reporting routes.
Owner: Skylinx Global Solutions · legal@skylinxglobal.com
Customer commitments follow the accepted Order and incorporated agreements. This update does not retrospectively amend an existing contract.
1. Authorised scope and access
Use Emplinx and this website for lawful business purposes within the accepted service scope and your organisation’s permissions. Use accurate business details in enquiries. Individual access does not authorise new employer fees or additional processing purposes.
Access only the records and actions permitted for your role. Do not impersonate others, share credentials improperly, bypass controls or access another customer’s data. Keep delegated roles and integrations current.
2. System security and resource use
Do not introduce malware, disrupt availability, automate abusive enquiries, exploit unauthorised interfaces, scrape protected information or use the service for fraud, harassment or unlawful content.
Security testing requires permission from the relevant system owner and an agreed scope. A vulnerability-reporting route is not a blanket testing authorisation or paid bug-bounty promise. Do not alter production records or collect another person’s information to demonstrate a finding.
3. Lawful data and reliable records
Import, collect, disclose and export data only with a lawful purpose and authority. Minimise identity, payroll, financial, health and sensitive information and use the agreed protected route. Do not paste those records into a general website enquiry.
Do not falsify attendance, payroll, approvals, client acceptance, receipts, skills, qualifications or closure evidence. Preserve source accuracy, necessary corrections and audit accountability. A sample scenario is not a real operating record.
4. Human authority and AI use
Employment, compensation, payroll, payment, access and clinical decisions require meaningful competent human authority and the appropriate source workflow. A recommendation or automated output does not independently authorise a consequential action.
Do not use Emplinx for solely automated consequential adverse decisions, covert surveillance, emotion recognition, protected-trait inference or undisclosed loyalty, personality, employability or flight-risk scoring.
Do not use customer content for independent general-purpose model training or send it to unapproved external models. A new AI purpose, provider, recipient or customer-specific tuning arrangement requires its own lawful agreed scope. General policy acceptance does not supply that permission.
5. Sensitive functions and communications
Biometrics, location, recording and minor or dependant information require the applicable lawful purpose, notice and permissions. Device access or an adult user’s general acceptance does not replace all required consent or guardian safeguards.
Messaging, WhatsApp, SMS, voice and campaigns must respect recipient permissions, telecom requirements and provider rules. One channel’s permission does not cover every channel. Do not upload prohibited Aadhaar authentication data or use confidential workforce content for unrelated advertising.
Clinical or other regulated data requires the relevant service scope and additional agreements. An ordinary HR service, support channel or demonstration does not authorise unrestricted protected-health-information processing.
6. Intellectual property and representations
Respect customer, Skylinx and third-party rights and applicable component licences. Hosted access does not imply source ownership, unrestricted resale or rights to another customer’s information.
Do not present estimates as realised savings, claimed skills as verified capability, a cloud-provider badge as application certification or an illustrative workflow as a verified customer result.
7. Report concerns safely
Security: security@skylinxglobal.com. Privacy: privacy@skylinxglobal.com. Contract or use concerns: legal@skylinxglobal.com. Provide the affected URL or component, a safe description, approximate time and relevant impact. Request a secure route for sensitive evidence.
If you encounter accidental exposure, stop, minimise retention and report it privately. Do not repeatedly exploit, publish private records or include passwords and tokens. Good-faith responsible reporting is assessed fairly.
Urgent incident and mandatory reporting clocks take priority over ordinary support handling. Applicable statutory complaint and regulator routes remain available.
8. Proportionate enforcement and review
Investigation is limited to relevant records, lawful purposes and necessary access. A suspected issue does not create unrestricted permission to inspect unrelated customer content.
Restrictions or suspension must address the justified risk and scope, with notice, a correction opportunity and review where practicable. Urgent unlawful or serious security activity may require immediate containment. Enforcement does not create undisclosed fees, remove mandatory rights or obstruct required lawful export.
