1. Essential operation
Hosting and access services may use necessary session mechanisms for the requested website, authentication, security and request routing. These are separate from optional marketing measurement.
Your measurement choice is stored on this device so the website can respect it. The preference remains until you change it or clear the relevant device storage.
2. Optional measurement
First-party page and journey measurement starts only after you choose “Allow measurement”. “Essential only” keeps it off. This website has no advertising pixels. Browsing, scrolling or accepting service terms is not permission for optional tracking.
Permitted activity events contain restricted page, journey, plan, billing and contact-channel intent context, excluding names, work emails, phone numbers and enquiry text. Clicking email, phone or WhatsApp records intent only, not delivery or a sales response. Activity records are eligible for deletion after 90 days. Activity cleanup runs when a permitted activity event or new website enquiry is processed; independent scheduled cleanup is not active. See the Privacy Policy for the current handling and deletion-request route. These counts represent permitted events rather than unique visitors.
3. Campaign context and conversation state
With optional measurement permission, limited campaign labels may be kept for the browsing session and attached to an enquiry to understand its source. They are not sent to advertising systems by this website.
Declining or withdrawing optional permission stops optional tracking and clears retained local campaign context. Ask Emplinx chat history remains in current-page browser state and is separate from measurement events.
4. Review or withdraw your choice
Open “Measurement choices” in the footer to review or change the setting. Optional measurement is not required to read pages, compare features, use the calculator or submit an enquiry.
You can also clear site storage in your browser. Clearing a device preference does not itself delete an already stored enquiry or event. Contact privacy@skylinxglobal.com for an information or deletion request.
5. Linked applications and material changes
The Emplinx customer application, email, WhatsApp and other independently linked services can use their own necessary sessions or other technologies under their notices. Their data roles depend on the actual interaction.
An enabled customer integration, embedded third-party technology or new optional tracking purpose requires an accurate provider, purpose and duration disclosure and the applicable choice before activation. A cookie-free label does not remove privacy duties where personal data or device access is involved.
