YOUR FIRST USABLE WORKFLOW

Start with a problem.
Leave with a working process.

Choose one payroll review, employee journey or delivery handoff. The first agreed outcome is a configured workflow your team can run and review.

Choose the starting point

You identify the recurring problem, responsible reviewer and records needed.

You receive

An agreed workflow and acceptance checklist.

Configure and rehearse

The Emplinx team maps the approved inputs, permissions and handoffs with your reviewers.

You receive

A configured journey and guided team training.

Review the result

Your reviewers run the agreed example, reconcile the records and confirm the handover.

You receive

A signed-off workflow, support route and baseline for follow-through.

The acceptance date is agreed after reviewing your data, enabled modules and migration or integration needs. Additional work is identified before it is commissioned.

Configuration, mapping and additional work

Operating Intelligence adds agreed client, cost, finance-source and outcome mapping. Data cleanup, major historical migration, bespoke integrations and unusual training require a separate scope.

ADOPTION STARTS WITH CLEAR INPUTS

Know what connects.
Know who signs it off.

A source checklist makes implementation concrete. The input categories below are supported workflow context; a named third-party connector or transfer method is confirmed in technical discovery.

Workforce foundation

Prepare
Clean employee and organisation records; approved attendance, leave and salary rules.
Scope
Standard onboarding and configuration within agreed scope.
Sign-off
HR / payroll owner verifies mappings and totals.

Project delivery

Prepare
Project structure, milestones, timesheets, approval owners and acceptance criteria.
Scope
Operations and Operating Intelligence project and work configuration.
Sign-off
Operations or marketing owner signs off the handoff.

Finance context

Prepare
Approved client and revenue mapping, labour-cost allocation, issued-invoice status and receipt evidence.
Scope
Supported sources and handoff method must be agreed. Bespoke connectors are separately scoped.
Sign-off
Finance owner confirms authority, freshness and reconciliation.

Continuity and outcomes

Prepare
Current procedures, owners, access dependencies, backup tests and baseline measurement.
Scope
Operating Intelligence mapping with accountable reviewers.
Sign-off
Process and outcome owners approve the evidence window.

History and exceptions

Prepare
Data cleanup, major historical migration, historical payroll reconstruction or unusual training.
Scope
Separate discovery and quote; outside standard onboarding.
Sign-off
Named source owner approves the additional scope.
A scoped example: 150 employees and one delivery workflow

Agree the starting pack

  • Clean current employee and organisation records and approved rules
  • One project, milestone, acceptance criterion and approval owner
  • Role/access matrix and accountable source owners
  • Review totals and define acceptance checks before import and configuration

Review the resulting pack

  • Workforce mappings and configured rules for owner review
  • A sample handoff with its approval and closure evidence
  • Administrator training; manager training from Operations upward
  • Customer acceptance checklist and support handover

Illustrative implementation scope, not a fixed delivery promise. Workforce standard onboarding is included up to 150 employees with clean data and normal configuration. Operations implementation for 101–150 employees is ₹25,000; Operating Intelligence mapping is ₹45,000. Confirm extra history, integrations and unusual training separately.

A support path for your plan

All plans include standard support via tickets, email and remote assistance, along with administrator training. Operations adds a quarterly adoption review and manager training. Operating Intelligence includes leadership onboarding and outcome review. Dedicated account support and any numeric service commitments follow your agreement.
